Considering the importance of recycling today, the systems we designed are designed for the purification and reuse of the cooling water coming from the final ring benches in the rolling mill facility and the water coming from the wire rod cycle water precipitation process. Wire rod cooling cycle water precipitation process is used for the purpose of keeping the suspended solids rate at optimum conditions in the cycle water that cools the waterbox and monoblock equipment in the coil iron production line, and for the purpose of purifying the scale and dissolved oils that are densely present in the cooling water coming out of the last ring benches in the rolling mill facility. After the processes, it is taken to the advanced treatment process and recycled.
